1) What is the cost to use this site?

This site is free to use for everyone.

2) What is the purpose of this site?

This site gives you a place to create your CV online. The template is preformatted so all you need to do is to fill in the blocks and click VIEW CV and you are done your generated CV will open and give you the option to either save it to the computer you are working on or to open and view it.

3) What program do I need to view the CV?

The CV's are generated into .doc format, you will need microsoft word to open these documents. We recommend at least Office 2003.

4) How long is my CV valid for online?

We will keep a copy of your CV in your account online for as long as you are a member.

5) Can I send my CV from this site?

Once you are logged in and you have created your CV you are able to send your CV to any one you wish via our submittal option. It is really simple you login and click send CV and this will take you to a page where you fill in the email address where you would like your CV to go to as well as a short message and we will send the CV for you instantly!

6) Where do I start?

The first thing you need to do is to sign up for an account. This can be done here: register here

7) OK all signed up what next?

The next thing for you to do is to Manage CV. You can do this by clicking on the right hand side where it says Manage CV. Once the page changes you are given 3 options click on EDIT CV. Once click more options will be available. Go through the various options you now have and complete every tab with as much info as you can to get the best possible CV together for your needs.

8) I clicked on experience and I have more experience than just the 1 option, can I add more?

Yes you can, once you have completed the tab click SAVE and ADD more this will save what your own experience and give you a blank form to capture more experience. If you are in the option Experience and want to see what you have added click: Update Experience Details. This will give you a list of what you have captured.

7) After I have completed the CV section am I done?

No not yet the next thing you have to do is to make sure all your personal details are updated, this can be done here: Manage Personal details.

Please be as comprehensive as possible using this system as it only works with the info that YOU add so be sure to add more and loads of detail. Be precise and check the spelling as this is imperative for a decent CV!

8) I do not have an ID number?

If you do not have an ID number you must use 13 characters or your CV will not save in the system. What you need to do is to add zeros to the front of your passport number so if your passport number is 6 numbers then you will use 7 zeros and your number will look like this: 0000000666666.
